I’ve worked remotely with small teams since 2018, and I love what it makes possible: deep focus, real trust, and the freedom to build things that matter in an environment that energizes us. May it be a big tech metropolis or a small beach town on a tropical island.

Most of my days are split between strategy calls, designing automation workflows, and building systems that bring clarity and speed to growing businesses. I usually have an espresso nearby and a running trail planned for later.

When I’m not untangling sales systems, you’ll likely find me deep in an underwater cave or training outdoors. Movement and structure are part of who I am, and that mindset shows up in my work, too.

Diving through complex cave systems isn’t so different from mapping out a smart AI strategy. There are twists, tight passages, and moments where precision matters. Every turn requires clear thinking, risk awareness, and a reliable plan. That’s the same approach I bring to client work, helping teams navigate complexity with confidence so they can move faster, safer, and smarter toward their growth goals.
